Our fitness program is, by design, broad, and inclusive. Sports, weight loss, and life reward are just a few of the goals members will accomplish.

Our ACSM and AFAA certified personal trainers are dedicated to providing individuals with the opportunity to exceed their fitness expectations, which will be accomplished through expert coaching, nutritional consultations, high-quality equipment, convenient scheduling and exceptional exercise programs.

The fitness program at John Newcombe Country Club, lead by Director of Fitness Cole Cantwell, offers a comprehensive approach to achieving wellness goals. We aim to provide a principal strength and conditioning program for people of all shapes and sizes, from the highly specialized athlete, to grandparents wanting to maintain overall strength to enhance daily living.

Our Director of Fitness invites each member to schedule a consultation to determine the best wellness program for their individual needs. Whether it is group fitness, one on one personal training, mind and body training via yoga or Pilates, or a combination, each club member will have the support and options at their fingertips to reach their full wellness potential.
